At Beautique Fragrances, we want you to be completely enamored with your signature scent. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your unopened product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
